Internationalization (i18n)

CMT sites styles allows for each site to be multilanguge. The frontent i18n is handled by Hugo, Decap handles CMS translations. Both content and template strings can be translated and edited. user selects the preferred language via a language switcher component. The default language is set in the site config file (hugo.toml).
